Privacy Policy

Note: this is a v1 placeholder policy. Will be replaced with attorney-reviewed copy before scaled launch. Treat the principles below as commitments; specific language may tighten.
What we collect
- Email address — when you sign up for any of our tools.
- Submission content — text you submit to AI Humanizer; strings files you submit to Game Localization. Stored encrypted at rest in Cloudflare D1; deleted 90 days after order completion unless you request earlier deletion.
- Subscriber preferences — for OMSD: jurisdictions, signal types, cities you've selected. Stored in Supabase Postgres.
- Standard server logs — IP, user-agent, timestamp. Stored 30 days. Used for abuse prevention and uptime monitoring.
What we don't collect
- No credit-card data on our servers — all payments go through Stripe (when wired) or Apify Store / RapidAPI Hub.
- No third-party tracking pixels or analytics that profile you across sites.
- No selling of email addresses to anyone.
AI processing
Submission content is processed using Claude (Anthropic) by the operator. The Anthropic API is not called from our infrastructure on a per-request basis; rather, the operator runs Claude Code on submissions in batches. Anthropic's data-handling terms apply to submissions while being processed.
Data deletion
Email hello@buildbench.ca with subject "DELETE" and your registered email. We delete within 7 days and confirm by email.
Data residency
Our infrastructure: Cloudflare (worldwide), Supabase (US East), Resend (US). For Canadian-specific data residency requirements, contact us before signing up.
Children
Our tools are not intended for users under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
Updates
If this policy changes materially, registered users get an email notification before the change takes effect.
